We are currently seeking driven and motivated individuals who reside in one of the following states: Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Florida, Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, Illinois, or Wisconsin.
Our Benefits Coordinators, Supervising Agents, and leadership positions involve a sales- and customer-focused role, with remote options, that includes assisting customers with insurance needs, explaining financial decisions, and guiding them through the sales cycle. Key responsibilities include lead generation, needs assessments, preparing quotes, processing policies, and providing excellent customer service. Some leadership or team management positions also require developing and training teams, and tracking performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Sales and customer support: Assist clients with insurance needs, explaim financial decisions, and guide them through the sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Needs assessment and solutions: Conduct needs assessments to identify customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products, such as life, accident, and health coverage.
- Customer service: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously, and build lasting relationships.
- Administrative tasks: Process policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations, and prepare accurate quotes and proposals.
- Lead generation: Generate leads and actively promote insurance products to potential customers.
- Team and performance management: For leadership roles, this includes leading and developing teams, overseeing recruitment and training, and tracking performance through detailed reporting.
- Stay current: Stay up to date with current policies and industry best practices to provide accurate information.
